Banana Bites:

On my roller coaster quest to start eating healthier, I cam across a posting on chocolate dipped bananas. So I decided to try my hand at the treats... I must say they were QUITE tasty!!

1. Gather all ingredients: 1 medium size banana
                                     Melting Chocolates( I chose dark chocolate)
                                     Nuts(only if you have no allergies)

2. Cut the bananas in 1-2 inch pieces

3. Dip the banana in melted chocolate and roll in the nuts(only if you like a little crunch)

4. Place all of the dipped bananas on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer until they are semi frozen.

Now that I was able to get that off my chest...

I will move forward and post pictures from projects that I worked on this past month....

OMG!

Let me just say... I was a tad bit annoyed this morning to see that I missing several pictures from various post. I was attempting to complete a Google+ account and did not realize that when I deleted some photos, it had removed several from old post. Needless to say, I spent a great deal of time this AM trying to locate some of the pictures and place them. There was at least one post that I had to DELETE, due to the fact that I have no idea where the picture is. Moral of the story--- > always have a back up of your blog#thatisALL
