Rosettes, Petals and Pearls...

The Rosette Cake was a chocolate completed for a birthday(I previously posted in the collage)with pearls accents to add a little flare.

This was a Petal Cake for a birthday/small engagement party. The cake was flavored pineapple/coconut with a coconut butter creme.

Gumpaste Flowers...

A few months back I took an Advanced Gumpaste Flower Class. The pictures below are from that class, I really need to get back to make these..  Each Flower was hand painted and steamed to give a "true-to-life " appearance. I really enjoyed this class!

Its Been Awhile....

It's been awhile since I have been on here..... I have completed a few projects since September and instead of doing an individual post on each one. I will upload a collage so, I can catch every you up to the present. I did not do any baking in October, as I was going to be on vacation in Seattle, WA. It had been at least six years since I have been home last. I enjoyed my trip, I was able to see some classmates that I had not seen in years.. I look forward to returning to the Northwest very soon.

Country Theme Birthday Party...

Last month I created some grass inspired cupcake for a little boy, who was having a country birthday party. His mother had previously order some tractor fondant decorations, that she would use to decorate the cupcakes with.
