On my roller coaster quest to start eating healthier, I cam across a posting on chocolate dipped bananas. So I decided to try my hand at the treats... I must say they were QUITE tasty!!
1. Gather all ingredients: 1 medium size banana
Melting Chocolates( I chose dark chocolate)
Nuts(only if you have no allergies)
2. Cut the bananas in 1-2 inch pieces
3. Dip the banana in melted chocolate and roll in the nuts(only if you like a little crunch)
4. Place all of the dipped bananas on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer until they are semi frozen.
